Serenity Landscape Design - Tree Farm/Nursery

Trees installed today, so cannot yet speak to longevity. But I can say Matt is knowledgeable, communicative, and his installer did a phenomenal job. He located the root flare (which is crucial but unfortunately rare to see done correctly) and planted the trees with perfection and care. Taking his time to ensure a proper planting. Did a fantastic job staking the trees as well. Will be back for more trees in the spring.

Seller has hours listed on Google (updated 6 weeks ago) and FB Marketplace as 8-5, but there was no one at the location during the hours listed. We even tried calling in advance several times earlier in the day, but no one answers the phone number listed. I wrote him on FB to ask if there was anyone at the location and he stated they closed early due to rain (hadn't been raining since noon) and that he was "watching his kids" and couldn't come. He also stated that he didn't know I was coming, but this establishment is listed as a non-appointment business with regular retail hours, so not sure what that comment was about? Just giving an honest review of my experience.... It was bad, and it was an hour drive each way for us - super uncool and unprofessional.

Worst landscape company in kc from a general contractor they dont stand behind what they say!! 3k in all dead trees in less then a year on bad install per a professional..I appreciate your feedback back but considering that it had nothing to do with my business. My wife contacted you and set this all up I allowed you to deal with her and after your lack of follow through I got involved as you were trying to slow play her and wait till the tree had no warranty to take action until I called you out on it. ALSO I did save the text as she also did!!! YES I did cash the partial refund considering you want 1500 to do warranty work. this is the service and quality you will get 5 months later to respond!!!

A lovely magical place in natural setting. This is the place to get those well cared for favorite flowering trees, shrubs, & bushes at a MUCH better price than all the big well known fancy concrete nurseries & greenhouses in town. So glad I did a search for garden centers & flower nurseries on Google maps or I never would have found or discovered it! What a hidden treasure trove! Just drive right on back in there on the smooth dirt roads & look around. Jim is so wonderful to deal with. He is so knowledgeable, helpful & passionate about the plants & trees. I told him what I wanted & they had every bit of it & he even showed me some other white flowering shrubs & trees he knew I would love. I will be shopping & spending my money here from now on. Thank you for all the time you spent with me Jim!

Came here today, first time. Absolutely loved their selections on trees and shrubs and the staff that helped us find what we were looking for was kind and informative. Will be a frequent customer for sure!
